Team Manager (part-time, 28 hours per week)

job description
Leading and developing a diverse team of staff and volunteers, you will oversee the delivery and development of a range of advice based services for refugees and asylum seekers. You will plan and develop new approaches and take every opportunity to build positive relationships with
partner agencies and potential funders alike to improve services for refugees.

With an insight into the needs, hopes and fears of refugees and asylum seekers, you will have two years’ management experience and proven project and budget management skills. In addition, you will have the ability needed to run advice services and related projects within a complex and
fast-paced environment. You will also have the ability to develop and manage new services, as well as the ability to fundraise.
