Active Women is a refugee community organisation which aim is to promote the wellbeing of French-speaking African women living in London as asylum seekers or refugees. We provide immigration and asylum services. Through our Carpe Diem project we also encourage African women to further education and better employment. We have an exciting opportunity for a support worker to join our team and develop and manage our new project for elderly, Active Plus Club. We are looking for somebody with experience of working with elderly people particularly within the African community. This person must be fluent in French with initiative and confidence.
